16 OXFORD DOWNS ENTERED FOR MELTON MOWBRAY

 

An entry of 16 head has been received for the official sale of Oxford Downs at Melton Mowbray Market on Saturday, 14th September, comprising 9 females and 7 rams.  MV accredited and Signet recorded stock are available.  The entry is as follows:

 

MV accredited (Lots 1 to 7)

Horsley (3 shearling ewes)

Rose-dene (2 shearling ewes, 2 shearling rams)

 

Non-accredited (Lots 192 to 197A)

Billesdons (2 shearling rams)

Caston (2 shearling ewes, 1 shearling ram)

Mudchute (2 shearling ewes, 1 shearling ram, 1 ram lamb)

 

All sheep will be inspected by an independent vet before the sale and should give prospective buyers a good choice of sheep, whether to establish or replenish a pedigree flock or to obtain a ram for commercial work.
